Doctors Building is a full service medical office building owned and professionally managed by LR Midtown Management, LLC.
We offer a plethora of amenities which will make partnering with us a breeze.
Design and Floor Plans
Our staff will sit down with you and discuss all of your needs in your medical office space. We will then design a plan which can be changed in any way needed. Once approved, we will commence demolition and construction. You are free to pick all of your finishes from samples which we will provide for you. We encourage you to visit your new suite often during construction to be sure everything is as you envisioned.
Doctors Building has staff on duty twenty-four hours per day, 365 days per year so that if any emergency occurs, someone is here. We have maintenance men on site from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM weekdays to handle all of the routine matters. We also have maintenance men on the other two shifts so that anything that might interfere with patient flow can be taken care of after you leave for the day. Administrative staff works weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM so there is always someone in the office during the business day to handle your needs.
Doctor's Building is located in the perfect location, one block off I-630, across the street from Park Avenue. Our medical building is in close proximity to dozens of restaurants and shopping centers, making your practice both easily accessible and convenient for patients.
Our experienced staff are here to serve you, and help make sure your medical space is correctly aligned with your vision. We have staff on call 24/7, and are always ready to answer any questions you may have with a smile.
Maintenance personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All service requests including plumbing, electrical, heating and air-conditioning problems, changing locks, changing light bulbs, and more are promptly handled by LR Midtown Management's in-house staff.
Construction and Remodeling
We will also help you remodel your newly leased space, to make sure it fits your needs perfectly.
Doctors Building is equipped with state of the art fire alarm systems and all corridors and elevator lobbies are protected with a sprinkler system.
The Management Office is located in Suite A-10 and open weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours and on weekends, telephones are monitored via an answering service providing rapid response to emergencies.
Emergency Evacuation Paging System
In the event of an emergency, Doctors Building has an “Emergency Evacuation Paging System” that, should an emergency occur, this system pages overhead (in every suite/public corridor) whatever message is appropriate for the emergency at the time. We use this when fire alarms are activated to let tenants know we are aware of the alarm and to stand by while we investigate. This helps with most of the panic that comes from people hearing alarms. We also have “floor wardens” that will assist on upper floors to ensure all occupants are adhering to the overhead announcement. They also can let us know if there are wheelchair bound/handicapped individuals that require assistance in the event elevators are not operable.
We have a Day Maid available Monday through Friday to handle tenant needs including spills and accidents and also to keep the buildings clean and orderly throughout the day. Janitorial service is provided nightly Monday through Friday.
We are proud to provide ample parking at no charge to patients or tenants. Reserved, covered parking is available at a nominal cost to tenants of Doctors Building.
Parking Lot Monitoring
Our parking lot is monitored at various times throughout the day. This is an excellent safety feature of our building, as we want to always make sure our patients and tenants feel safe.
Our private and unique conference rooms make holding meetings and gatherings a breeze. Each area is fully equipped, comfortable, and spacious.
The Conference and Club Rooms are located on the 8th floor of Doctors Building and are available, at no cost, to tenants for functions including meetings and training sessions. The Club Room has an adjoining kitchen which is equipped with sinks, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and is ideal for serving catered meals.
Other building amenities include a full service drug store, a Regions Bank branch, and a mail room which is accessible at any time. For quick breaks, vending machines containing cold drinks and snacks are located in the Canteen on the first floor. We also provide a food vendor service, which is available Monday-Friday so you don't have to leave the grounds for lunch.
